German Desk
The German Desk of Berlinger Advocaten is a complete German-speaking team of legal experts and support staff: two of them are even native Germans, in fact.
This team works almost exclusively for German business clients, insurance companies and – through the insurance companies’ legal assistance departments – for private individuals. For example, Berlinger Advocaten has a contract with ADAC in this connection.
Berlinger Advocaten also has extensive experience with judicial and extrajudicial debt collection, in both the Netherlands and Germany.

Turkish Desk
The Turkish Desk of Berlinger Advocaten assists and advises clients relating to corporate law/mergers & acquisitions, commercial law, real estate law, employment law and litigation. The Turkish Desk’s activities include: advising on transactions and partnerships between Dutch and Turkish enterprises and assisting with or mediating in trade disputes between Turkish and Dutch enterprises. Berlinger Advocaten also has extensive experience with judicial and extrajudicial debt collection, in both the Netherlands and Turkey.
